Ava at 8 months

She is still scooting quickly around the house. She hasn't gotten up on her hands and knees yet. She just moves in the army crawl and seems content with where that gets her. She always has rug burns on her arms and legs. We now have to try to gate off all of the stairs before she goes tumbling down them.
She still eats baby food like a champ, except anything green of course. She is starting to pick up finger food and loves the puffs and Ritz crackers. She also is an expert at finding any tiniest thing on the floor and putting it directly into her mouth. Most recently it was Scott's ear plug. Nasty!She is such a mamma's girl. Way more than Brie ever was. She will go to people she doesn't know, but if she sees me or hears my voice she usually starts getting sad and diving toward me. She always wants mom to hold her and I love it.She is still totally captivated by Brielle. She LOVES her!! She loves watching her every move and is thrilled when Brie stops to play with her or sing to her.She sleeps holding tight onto her monkey. She really is a cuddler and can't fall asleep unless she is holding onto someone or something.She has started jabbering like crazy. She is always "talking" in her way. If she gets tickled she squeals so loud and laughs so hard.
