Ava had her 2 month visit to the doctor today. Dr. Buchanan/Uncle Brian checked her out and said she looks perfect. She certainly is the perfect baby. She is always so sweet and content. Best of all she has given me a seven hour stretch of sleep at night. She is absolutely perfect in every way. This is a video of baby Ava telling all about her traumatic visit to the doctor today.
She was weighed and measured. At 2 months Ava weighs 10 lbs. 4 oz. (19th percentile), she is 22 inches long and her head was in the 4th percentile. She got 4 shots in her little legs and got the new Rotavirus vaccine orally (thank heaven for that). She cried and then settled down very quickly. Such a good girl. She is NOT HAPPY now though. She keeps crying and groaning in pain. I can tell her legs really hurt. Poor thing.
Brielle got her flu shot and did great because she knew it meant a new turtle. She now proudly owns the full collection of little plastic turtles. At 23 months Brie weighs 22 lbs. She can also shred two tissues all over the doctor's office floor and run away from me down the hall and out of sight so that the nurses had to bring her back to me. Aarrrrrr!

Oh my gosh she is adorable. She is pretty small then too huh? What is up with your petite little girls? I am going to love having Brandon and her so close in age so we can see how huge my boys are and how tiny your girls are. It will be interesting.
I swear, that Eva is cuter than Piko and apparently, Brie is just as fast. Way to go!

She is wonderfullly cute. I think Brian should have babysat tonight, he's responsible for the sore legs and may have better medicine.
