It's that time of the summer again. Kamber, Brian and Samantha came from London to visit Utah/Idaho for a couple of weeks. They come every summer for a whirlwind visit to all of their many friends and family members. They flew in to Salt Lake from New York City (were there a few days) late last night. We anxiously waited up for them and they finally arrived at 1:30am. They had quite the unpleasant experience with a delayed flight and were happy to finally be at our house and we were happy to have them. We stayed up until 2:30am getting settled, eating and chatting for a little while and then went to bed.
This morning was so fun. The girls got up and played with Brie's new slide and swing and all the other toys. I made German Pancakes with a very delicious buttermilk syrup for breakfast. We got to hang out with Brian and Kamber until about noon when they headed off to see the next people on the agenda. We were so glad we got to see them again. I just wish they lived closer so it could be more often.

Brielle got matching monkey sippy cups for she and Samantha. They are both thoroughly enjoying their orange juice.
The good times continued when after Kam and Brian left we all got to go down for naps. We were exhausted from such a late night. Scott and I slept in our basement, which is like the arctic tundra. It felt soooooooooooooo good. It's 100 degrees outside and we were cuddled up under blankets for what turned out to be an awesome nap!

It's so great to see you guys all at the Buchanan's new place! We so wish we could have seen Kamber in Boston or have been in Utah when this happened. Maybe next year(s)? Darling girls!
Looks like fun! And how nice that you have such a large place to host all your visitors. Mom and Dad say that Brie is adorable. We're all excited to see her bedtime excercises. When are you coming anyway???
