We went to Kate's two month doctor appointment with Uncle Brian. She looks just perfect. She got three shots and was purple she was screaming so hard when the nurse gave them to her. She calmed down and fell asleep on the drive home, but when she woke up later she was screaming again. This has been the most that any of our kids has ever reacted to shots. She seemed to be in a lot of pain. A little bit of Tylenol did the trick to help her feel better and the next day she was all good.
Stats:
Weight: 9 lbs. 2 oz.
(Feeling so big and chunky to me, but still small to everyone else.)
Height: 21 inches.
She learned to smile and it is adorable. She gives a big open mouth smile to anything that comes in front of her. She watches the little butterflies on her swing move around like they are long, lost dear friends finally reunited. Love it.
She is an evening fusser. Kate is pleasant and quite easy during the day, but when 8 o'clock hits she is fussy and crying until about 10 or 11. She'll sleep for a few minutes at a time, but really doesn't calm down and go to sleep for the night until very late. Sooooooo, Scott and I spend those hours walking circles around the kitchen island bouncing the girl to help soothe her. Hopefully this doesn't last long.
She is the sweetest thing and we think she is just beautiful. I love, love, love this baby girl.

Hard to believe she's two months old already! Also hard to believe she's already nine pounds... that's A LOT of good weight gain, in eight little weeks. Great to hear! She looks just precious.
She's a beauty and so pretty in pink!
She is beautiful. She looks like someone, is it you or the rest of your kids?
I love the 9 lb. 2 oz., some of your siblings were bigger than that at birth.
